I lead our Infrastructure Industry Innovation Partnership (i3P). Ours is a membership model; i3P clients own and operate over £240bn of assets and have over £130bn of signed-off projects. You can find out more about i3P on our website.

We work in partnership to develop, scale and adopt innovations that will make a shift in how the infrastructure industry performs under three themes: carbon, productivity and safety.

I’m seconded into this role from the Environment Agency. My background is in incident and emergency leadership, with a focus on climate change and complex, leading edge technology systems. I’ve led Flood Forecasting for the UK, re-designed our water infrastructure for resilience, and helped to run the Science Advisory Group of Emergencies (SAGE) response to the Covid-19 pandemic. I like to think big, have fun and get stuff done.

I have an environmental toxicology PhD and expertise in leadership, innovation and large scale technology enabled transformational change.
