The Net Zero Living Programme: User Focused Programme, Innovate UK will soon be launching a £2 million Net Zero Africa innovation competition, which aims to link UK and African innovators to develop and deploy net zero solutions in a number of target markets.

The Digital Security by Design (DSbD) programme from UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) is transforming digital technology and creating a more resilient, and secure foundation for a safer future.

The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), in collaboration with Innovate UK KTN, will be hosting an in-person event in Manchester on the 22nd November 2023 to showcase some of the projects funded in Phase 2 of the Industrial Energy Transformation Fund (IETF). The event will also present the Government’s response to the recent IETF Phase 3 consultation.

The UK Research and Innovation Future Flight Challenge will have a significant presence at DroneX and the Advanced Air Mobility Expo, Europe’s leading events dedicated to UAVs and the future of aviation.

This online event will focus on pitching of project ideas and brokering partnerships for European Research and Innovation collaborations and networking. It is open to participants UK and beyond, and is being organised by the UK Horizon Europe Health National Contact Points (NCPs) and Innovate UK KTN Global Alliance.

The UK government has announced the successful outcome of its negotiations with the European Commission on UK association to Horizon Europe.
