This feasibility project is a collaboration between DZP Technologies Ltd (DZP) and the University of Warwick (UoW), aiming to develop and demonstrate a process for the recovery of silver from manufacturing waste and re-using it in high technology value chains. Silver is a precious metal and well known for its use in jewellery and coinage. However, silver is also one of the most important technological materials. Practically every electronic device – from a mobile phone to electrical vehicle – contains silver as a key conductive component.
