The comprehensive EDI digital evaluation tool pushing for meaningful action

Equality Group combines academic data-driven research with best practice to help businesses become leaders in equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI). The team has over 40 years of combined experience in anti-bias training, diverse talent searching and inclusion-related consulting.

Developed by Equality Group, Honordex is a digital platform and evaluation tool that analyses EDI based on publicly-available data. It allows users to compare company scores and areas of strength and weakness, and track performance over time.

As the leading EDI benchmark, Honordex offers insights to measure and monitor EDI maturity and has delivered a 4.8 percent improvement across 42 categories. Now, with support from the Innovate UK Inclusive Innovation Award, the team wants to target new markets and inspire others to follow.
