DiverseTalent.ai originally audited employers on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) commitments, offering recruitment expertise to those who met their values. Then, in 2021, the team built the very first diversity-focused recruitment platform, powered by AI and driven by ethics.

The platform ensures job seekers can easily find, match and apply for jobs based on their values, enabling them to validate employers based on DE&I commitments, benefits and company values. Inclusive innovation is important to the DiverseTalent.ai team, as founder Jemma Simpson explains:

As well as providing financial support, the Innovate UK Inclusive Innovation Award will give the business access to the resources needed to make their recruitment platform fully accessible and encourage employers to commit to reducing bias, fixing the gender pay gap and eliminating barriers in employment.

Using behavioural technical development, AI and network collaboration, DiverseTalent.ai hopes to become the worldwide benchmark for ethical recruitment and build further data solutions to support both employers and job seekers.
