Matt Jones

I graduated from the University of Bristol in 2022 with a MSc in Optoelectronics and Quantum Technologies. I am absolutely fascinated with anything quantum, but particular areas of interest include quantum computing and quantum sensing.

I am also knowledgeable in Photonics, Machine Learning and VLSI design. In addition to this, I am a keen environmentalist and fascinated by new technologies helping to solve the climate crisis.

As a Knowledge Transfer Manager specialising in quantum technologies, I have the opportunity to work on projects such as the UK National Quantum Technologies Showcase and the Quantum Landscape tool, whilst helping the UK quantum industry to expand.
