Harriet Hole

As part of the Investment Team, I engage with private investors across sectors and geographies with the aim of increasing private investment into innovation-led businesses across the UK.

Prior to joining Innovate UK Business Connect, I trained as a Chartered Accountant with a background in corporate finance; I advised on transactions such as MBOs, sales to trade and private equity and finance raising across a variety of sectors.

I have also held positions on the boards of three investee companies with Observer Rights in the technology and energy sectors, through which I have gained an understanding of the challenges that founders and executive teams face when looking to grow their organisations.
