Head of Diversity and Inclusion
As Head of Diversity and Inclusion, my role is to oversee programmes and activities where related to all aspects of D&I.
I have a breadth of experience delivering Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy and cultural change in higher education and research. My experience has seen me leading and delivering cross organisational strategic programmes, including policy, equality charter marks, and EDI strategy to drive forward EDI work.
D&I is a core priority for KTN, and I am responsible for delivery of our workforce D&I plan and overseeing our programmes including the Young Innovator and the Women in Innovation programme, as well as the new Inclusive Innovation Award.
