The Faraday Institution workshops to establish Wave 2 priorities
A series of workshops is being planned by The Faraday Institution, the UK‚Äôs independent research institute for electrochemical energy storage research
The Faraday Institution is currently delivering world-class research in support of the UK government‚Äôs Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund (ISCF).¬† It is the research vehicle for the ISCF Faraday Battery Challenge, which comprises a ¬£246m commitment over the next four years to develop, design and manufacturer world-leading batteries in the UK.
It is now seeking a wide range of views on the priorities for the second wave of research projects and the workshop on 10 July is the first in this series of joint industry/academia events.
The workshops are free to attend and places are limited to two people from any one organisation.¬† If you miss out on a place at the first event, there will be five further workshops held over the next few months across the UK.¬† Dates will be announced when confirmed.
