Pitch your chemical or bio-based technology to potential investors
The Chemistry and Industrial Biotechnology Showcase 2017 Pitch Event is now open for applications.
Chemistry and Industrial Biotechnology form a natural partnership ‚Äì indeed biotechnology is sometimes described as the application of the life sciences to chemical synthesis. Innovations and technologies developed in these sectors have an important role to play in ensuring the sustainable use of the planet’s limited resources¬†within a circular bioeconomy.
The Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) is hosting a major event in early autumn to showcase the UK’s excellence in chemical sciences and industrial biotechnology and to demonstrate how these sectors are helping to enable growth in key UK supply chains through innovation.
Investment is crucial to the development of new technologies, so as part of this event KTN, working in partnership with BioVale, will be providing an opportunity for entrepreneurs and investors to gain valuable insights and form new business relationships via a new Pitch Event.
