KTN is facilitating a number of cross sector technology orientated events in March, April and May to bring together the themes around the Compound Semiconductor Applications Catapult.

These will both help inform the Catapult and identify stakeholders in the technology and applications areas.

The objective of these one-day workshops is to explore the challenges and opportunities compound semiconductor materials and systems by bring together practitioners and researchers in art to identify areas for potential collaboration with the recently established Compound Semiconductors Applications Catapult.

Specifically we are supporting:

Power Electronics UK Industry Community Launch:

In collaboration with Power Electronics UK, the Power Electronics White Paper will be released at the event.

Date: 28th March 2017 – (This event has now ended)

Compound Semiconductor Simulation and Modeling:

To investigate the state of the art in simulation and modeling for compound

semiconductor materials and systems.

Date: 6th April 2017
