Learn about Innovate UK funding opportunities at the EUREKA CELTIC Cluster event on 20th Aug in London, and find potential project partners.
CELTIC, part of the EUREKA intergovernmental network, is a telecommunications industry-led initiative promoting collaborative research and innovation, supported by public authorities. CELTIC-NEXT, which deals with future networks, follows in the footsteps of the CELTIC and CELTIC-PLUS programmes. CELTIC-NEXT stimulates and facilitates innovative, industry-driven, pre-competitive R&D projects. In an increasingly digital¬†society, CELTIC-NEXT is key to the development¬†of next generation telecommunications technologies and end-to-end services. Enabling technologies will support the evolving needs¬†of businesses in all sectors and give citizens in Europe and beyond access to applications and solutions that foster a ‚ÄòSmart Connected World‚Äô.
All organisations interested in participating in a CELTIC-NEXT project are invited to this event. This will be an opportunity to present and discuss proposals and find potential partners to form project consortia.

During this event, Innovate UK will be announcing a funding competition for UK organisations planning to participate to the CELTIC-NEXT autumn call, whose scope will cover 5G infrastructure technologies, as well as applications and services that leverage 5G networks. Innovate UK will provide further guidance on this collaborative R&D funding competition during the event.
The briefing event is on 20th August at Prince Philip House, 3 Carlton House Terrace, London, from 9.30am-2.30pm.
