UK Research and Innovation is organising a funded visit to Paris targeted at organisations associated with energy systems innovations. Apply by 5 July
KTN is seeking expressions of interest for organisations with expertise in energy systems innovations to join UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) at European Utility Week (EUW) later this year.
The visit, which is taking place from 10-14 November 2019, will be funded by UKRI through the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund, Prospering from the Energy Revolution (PFER).
The four-day trip will include attendance at the EUW conference and exhibition with over 900 exhibitors and conference sessions taking place at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
We will be selecting organisations with expertise in the following topics relevant to the PFER programme:
- Power generation, supply and storage
- Heating/cooling generation, supply and storage
- Energy for transport
- Digital integration and system optimisation
- Energy efficiency
Travel, hotels and conference registration will be organised by UKRI on behalf of the successful applicants and the funding will cover:
- Eurostar train ticket from London (or flights from Edinburgh or Belfast to Paris)
- 4 nights in a 4* hotel in Paris
- Conference registration

To express your interest in joining us in Paris for EUW conference and exhibition please complete the registration form in this link. In your confirmation email, you will be sent a link to a short application form which you are required to complete and submit before noon on 5 July 2019.
It is a competitive process and places are limited. Applications will be evaluated by a panel in order to identify participants. You will be notified of the outcome by 26 July 2019.
