EUREKA Collaborative R&D Competition, Photonics for Advanced Manufacturing: up to £2m available
Innovate UK is investing up to £2m to fund industrial research with partners from the participating countries of the EUREKA Network in Photonics
Innovate UK, part of UK Research and Innovation, is investing up to £2m to fund UK businesses, Research and Technology Organisations (RTOs) and universities participating in collaborative projects with partners from the participating countries of the EUREKA Network in Photonics (see below).
The call addresses collaborative R&D and innovation projects using photonic technologies to improve processes and/or products.  The proposals put forward must focus on photonic technologies and their integration and/or their potential to significantly improve specific manufacturing processes and/or products.
The competition is now open (guidance can be found here - closes 25th July) and KTN has run briefing events to explain more about the opportunity and the competition scope. The events took place in the following locations on dates from the start of April (follow the links to the booking pages):
London – 4th April – this was also available via webcast for those who can’t make the event in person. You can view the webcast recording here.
South Wales – 8th April
North Wales – 9th April
Edinburgh – 24th April
