Agri-Tech Week is taking place on 5-9 November 2018 with events across the East of England

This year’s Agri-Tech Week will once again showcase excellence in innovation across the agri-tech value chain, brokering links and fostering new relationships between businesses, researchers and government. It will feature events, visits, workshops and discussions across the east of England, as well as Agri-Tech East‚Äôs REAP conference in Cambridge.

Solving the challenges of crop protection

Hosted by University of Hertfordshire, this event will highlight some of the key methodologies that are emerging to tackle disease and pest threats in the face of environmental change.

This three-part workshop, hosted by Earlham Institute, will allow delegates to find out how research at the Institute can be applied in the field, and explore what steps must be taken to ensure transferability of research from lab, to computer, to real applications.
