Knowledge Transfer Partnerships enable innovation-focused organisations to collaborate with specialist academic teams. These unique partnerships bring about myriad positive impacts and, at the KTP Best of the Best Awards 2020, we celebrate some of the most successful outcomes of these transformative collaborations.

Join us for our reimagined, virtual Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 9 September 2020, from 4-5pm (no headsets required!)* – brought to you in partnership with our KTN colleagues at Immerse UK – to discover more about KTP, celebrate its multi-sector success and experience a whole new, immersive KTP Awards Ceremony.

Customise your avatar, enjoy some virtual networking and be part of the celebration, as we announce the winners of the KTP Best of the Best Awards for:

  • Best Knowledge Transfer Partnership Award
  • Engineering Excellence Award
  • Business Impact Award
  • Future Innovator, supported by Ashorne Hill
  • Most Effective Initiative from a KB team, inspired by David Woollard and supported by Praxis Auril
  • Societal Impact Award, supported by UKRI

The Awards ceremony is hosted by Fiona Nightingale, Senior Knowledge Transfer Adviser, KTN, and will include insights from Dr Alicia Greated, CEO, KTN; and Dr Ian Campbell, Interim Executive Chair, Innovate UK.

*You will simply need to download the Virtual platform to join this immersive experience – no equipment is needed. It’s very easy to install and use, and we will be providing a user guide and technical support.

The event is also being live streamed on YouTube.
