Prior Scientific manufacture positioning stages that can be used to place a sample under a microscope to be imaged or scanned.
Working with National Physical Laboratory (NPL), Prior examined the 3 dimensional movement of the staging to enhance their understanding of its real terms position and developed an algorithm to help improve the accuracy at the micron scale.
