About the event

The webinar will help you understand the complexities of marketing healthy ageing products and services, and look at different strategies for engaging with customers and other audiences:

  • Identifying and defining customers or target audiences – both end users and other decision makers.
  • Leveraging partners eg ambassadors, influencers and gatekeepers to reach users.
  • Using technology and other novel ways of reaching audiences and customers eg AI and algorithms.
  • Creating compelling messages and content that speaks directly to audiences’ needs and avoiding ageist terminology.

This 90-minute webinar will feature a panel discussion, chaired by George Lee, Head of Communication & Engagement, National Innovation Centre for Ageing, and featuring:

  • Jules Chalkley – Chief Executive Creative Director, Ogilvy UK.
  • Laurianne Flais – Senior Product Brand Manager, L’Oréal.
  • Laura Childs – Marketing and Communications Manager, Innerva.
  • Debbie Marshall – Silver Marketing Association.

Following the discussion the floor will be opened up for audience questions and all delegates will receive a set of useful links,tools and resources following the webinar.
