Impact X started investing from its first fund, Impact X Launch, in 2019 and in Q4 2023 started investing from its second fund, Impact X Global I Impact X Global I, LP (“Impact X Global I” or the “Fund”).

Having identified a diverse and undersaturated niche of founders with compelling business models, Impact X sources uniquely differentiated deal flow to generate returns for investors. Via its Investment Team and Founding Members, Impact X provides its entrepreneurs with access to industry experts and strategic resources, to ensure that portfolio companies receive critical input to realise their visions and generate long-term investor value.

Impact X invests in underrepresented communities of technology and creative professionals. Impact X targets three industry sectors:

• Digital and technology.
• Education, health and well-being.
• Media and entertainment (including tech such as gaming and advertising tech as well as content creation).

Impact X’s Management Team and Founding Members collectively have over 500 years of experience identifying, selecting, investing, managing, training and grooming diverse groups for successful businesses, and are therefore poised to capitalise on developing innovators from similar communities on behalf of Impact X Global I.

In addition, Impact X realised it could compound impacts if as a diverse investment team, it invested in diverse entrepreneurs with tendencies to hire and promote diverse talent. This multi-layered approach compounds positive impacts. Impact X has demonstrated how this layering empowerment works. At Impact X’s inception, a team of diverse investors took responsibility to invest working capital in order to establish Impact X. Impact X then went out to partner with like-minded limited partners (“LPs”) in its pilot fund, Impact X Launch. The diverse investment team made 25 investments in diverse entrepreneurs, delivered venture scaled and timed ROI and the portfolio created hundreds of jobs filled by diverse people.

Impact X makes direct venture capital investments in diverse entrepreneurial and creative innovators. Impact X invests primarily for financial returns to LPs and secondarily for measurable social impact.
