I am a Knowledge Transfer Manager for European Programmes within the Global Alliance team at Innovate UK Business Connect, where I support the engagement of UK businesses with key European Programmes to maximise UK return on investment.

With over a decade of experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, and emerging technologies, I have developed a deep understanding of the industry’s productivity and environmental challenges. As Innovation Programme Lead at Skanska, I led a team focused on implementing the company’s innovation, data, and modern methods of construction (MMC) strategy. This role allowed me to leverage advanced digital technologies to drive productivity improvements at both project and organisational levels. During my time at Skanska, I also developed the company’s innovation strategy, earning ISO 56002 Innovation Management certification for two consecutive years, and played a key role in advancing Skanska’s sustainability roadmap toward carbon neutrality by 2045. In addition to my expertise in project management and digital innovation strategy, my experience as a Product Owner reflects my interdisciplinary, entrepreneurial approach, and strong communication skills that foster effective problem-solving and collaboration across teams.
