KTN to support UK businesses with serious intentions to pursue H2020 collaborative funding.

Building Connections

As everyone is getting ready for the official launch of the Horizon 2020 work programme for 2018-2020 in October and the inevitably tight submission deadlines for the 2018 call topics, at KTN we are gearing up to support UK businesses with serious intentions to pursue H2020 collaborative funding by increasing visibility of UK interests in Europe and by facilitating UK-EU collaborations.

Our offer to you:

KTN attends the major EU brokerage events across the various areas of the H2020 work programme held outside of the UK and offers to represent your company interests in H2020 at these events if you are unable to attend yourself.

We are also connected with various wider stakeholder initiatives, such as European Technology Platforms (ETPs), Public-Private Partnerships, etc. and work closely with National Contact Points and Enterprise Europe Network, so we can give visibility of UK interests beyond brokerage events.

Any contact requests generated in this manner will be passed on to you for further follow up. There is no guarantee you will end up with the right partner but your chances are certainly increased.

How to participate:

*** THE SURVEY IS NOW CLOSED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST ***

-       Tell us about your H2020 interests and what you have to offer to any potential partners at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/EOI_H2020_2018_Calls РMake sure you provide usable information for maximum efficiency!

-       Following receipt of your expression of interest, a KTN staff member will follow up with you directly to discuss next steps.

Who is this for:

-       UK-based organisations only; however, if you are based outside of the UK and are interested in collaborating with UK organisations please contact susanne.coles@ktn-uk.org

-       UK organisations that are unable to attend the relevant brokerage event outside of the UK

-       Primarily UK industry (SMEs and Large Companies) – we appreciate the role and importance of UK Research and Training Organisations (RTOs) and higher education institutes in EU projects, however we encourage you work with your institution’s business and engagement support unit in the first instance

-       Organisations that are serious about getting H2020 funding – you do not necessarily be highly-experienced in EU funding, but you need to have an idea of what makes a feasible collaborative project and you need to be committed to be responsive and proactive during proposal preparation
